Jeremy Osborne discusses the College Station City Council's proposed Restricted Occupancy Overlay (ROO) with Charles and Whitney Coats. As a member of the College Station Planning and Zoning Commission , Mr. Osborne believes the ROO would not be a good policy for our community and explains why in this episode.
