Young Playwrights Competition event coordinator, Kevin Carver, talks with Thomas Jefferson Arts Academy Theater Director, Sandra Toll. Sandra has spent the past 25 years as a Theater Arts teacher and directing high school students in theater productions. Sandra discusses the process of working with students to develop their unique voices and to build skills that will serve them throughout their lives both within and outside of the Arts.
