Assignment for week 6: Continue to practice both the mantra and surrender and try to be more aware of when your mind is telling you who you are (e.g. “I’m stupid”, “I’m attractive”, “I’m lazy”, “I’m responsible”). Just notice that the mind is trying to tell you who you are again and how often it does this.
