Super excited to announce new guest, Cody Ross Smith, to The Story!Cody Ross Smith is a singer/songwriter from the Central Pennsylvania region. Playing a variety of new Country, old country and Rock'n'roll. With influences stemming from the likes of George Strait to Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cody's sound is genuine and heartfelt leaving his audiences wanting more.Cody is a seasoned performer having played in various bands over the years and has just recently embarked on a solo career in the spring of 2022. His career thus far has allowed him to be featured on various local radio and television stations. It has also taken him to Nashville where he has had the opportunity to attend the 2022 CRS seminar as well as perform at various Honkey Tonks around town including The Local (very popular songwriters' venue). He is also a nominee for this year's 'Best New Artist/Band' category at the 2023 CPMA's (Central Pennsylvania Music Awards).Cody performed approximately 78 shows in 2022 and is looking to capitalize on that number in 2023.
