We are totally passive, God is always the active agent. We are chosen, holy, blameless, adopted, paid in full, wise, and sealed! But Paul isn’t blind to how the Christian faith journey works. Paul just laid out for us the immeasurable free benefits and SQUIRREL…I can be eating Kobe beef dry-aged ribeye prepared by the most accomplished chef the world has ever known with seasonings from the most obscure corners of the world and boom…The shiny rubber ball is so attractive, so desirable, so elusive that I’ve just got to go get it. But when I get it…it’s just a rubber ball embedded with dollar store glitter.
