Listen "Social Constructionism "
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, Chloe Pedalino discusses social
constructionism and how beliefs are formed and maintained. She emphasizes the importance of questioning our beliefs and understanding where they come from. Chloe explores the role of institutions, such as organized religion, in shaping
our beliefs and perpetuating shame and disempowerment. She identifies that people are not connected with organized religion as they may have in the past. She highlights the need to challenge these myths and find alternative paths to spirituality and purpose to improve the well-being both individually and as a collective. Chloe also addresses the impact of beliefs on mental health and
well-being, and encourages listeners to reflect on their own beliefs and consider new perspectives.
