On today's episode of The Sophie Lea Podcast, I chat with the very inspiring Lauren Lewis, the Creative Director & Owner of Bowerbird Interiors.  10 years ago whilst on maternity leave, Lauren made the decision to follow her heart and try her luck at building a creative business. Fast forward to now and they currently have 60 employees, and have just moved into their 5th warehouse space. Lauren prides herself on being an improvisor, resilient, and adaptable. Life throws its curveballs, but she embraces them with a flexible spirit, always finding a way to overcome challenges and emerge stronger. Lauren believes that anything is possible. She embraces the mindset of "just have a go" and approaches each opportunity with enthusiasm and gratitude.
