We might always adjust and implement new ideas, but we can never stop working. During the holidays we still need to get out mailings out.

Marketing to pre-foreclosures

Send marketing piece that is traditional with a market update
always have a call to action
The second marketing piece - did you know? With data
the third bring up the pre-pre-foreclosures
Redirect your mailer to a video on your potential listing to a video on the market and the current market values
By the 2nd and third mailer share about the pre-foreclosure and send data and share options
collaboarate
Locating pre-foreclosures - Realist, RPR and Remine -
Look by neighborhood, city, county and or subdivision
Consider looking for pre-foreclosures that have equity - the owner can still make money
Upside down homes will end up as a short sales.
