I always get great feedback but then scratch my head when people continue to struggle. But what I have determined is people end up stuck in the “Shelf” help loop. They take in information. They believe in the information but never actually put it to work. It just sits on the shelf in their mind collecting dust. You are not rewarded for what you know.
