Distractions are part of the 2021 lifestyle and in fact, most of us wear the “shiny object” syndrome of the “chase the squirrel” effect as a badge of honor. But to really be successful we need to find a way to focus our efforts and get quality work done in undistracted chunks of time. Plus we need to make time to recharge, develop other areas of our life and just be happy! Let’s use these 5 tips to help us do just that.
