In this episode, I am chatting with Irena Abramovic. Irena, a licensed medical biochemistry and laboratory medicine professional (Master Degree in medical biochemistry and laboratory medicine), with a PhD obtained in the field of cancer epigenetics. Her interest in measuring human health by using different biomarkers sparked a pursuit to help individuals optimize their health and prolong their healthspan, rather than lifespan. She is passionate about reading novel research, ranging from longevity and nutrition to personalized and functional medicine, as well as implementing it into practice.
