I met Adi on our trip to North Wales to get some work experience at a funeral directors. She took the brave step of starting her own Funeral Business with no prior experience. I was very curious to hear about what a role like this is like, and we covered all sorts of areas around funerals, like the traditions we feel we have to adhere to, why sometimes it's appropriate to get creative with funerals but not always, and what it's like setting up a funeral business from scratch as a female.
