On the 25th May 2024, 100 women met at The Phoenicia in Malta for an event called The SHE Word - Unlocking Empowerment. To open the event, The SHE Word Founder and Host Trudy Kerr shared her thoughts on what the frequently used term 'Empowerment' really means based on her own lived experience: • EMPOWERMENT LIES JUST OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE • EMPOWERMENT COMES WHEN WE CREATE A COMMUNITY OF WOMEN and • EMPOWERMENT COMES WHEN WE EMPOWER OTHER WOMEN In this 15 minute Keynote, Trudy addresses how we can harness empowerment every single day in the way we live our lives.
