Today I’m introducing to you my super start Pilates Reformer instructor Ashley Giannini. I’ve been doing pilates for about 3 and a half years and it's been a  game changer for my mental health.  It has helped me to control my breathing and which then helps with my chronic anxiety and restlessness. 
I hope this episode encourages you to try a Pilates Reformer workout, it's an intense workout without the joint pain and damage.
