Theresa creates safe, sacred spaces for healing, growth, and the unfolding of miracles, illuminating your most authentic life & self. Her work is deeply rooted in helping women rediscover their resilience and align with their most authentic selves. Whether through yoga, coaching, or retreats, Theresa's presence invites profound transformation, being able to be with the seriousness of what is while being able to welcome in joy and laughter. She believes her life is guided by Divine nudges—whispers from God that continue to steer her on a purposeful path and healing journey. These nudges led her from Colorado, where she built her career and business, back to her hometown of Manitowoc, WI. After the passing of her father, Theresa understood that her return to Wisconsin was to support her family during a very challenging time, and which has led her into guiding others through life's transitions, including grief and loss.
