It was a 6ish month break that felt like years, but Cougar basketball finally returned on Tuesday night, as the Cougar men (fresh off hanging a Final Four banner) had to claw and scrap their way to beating Hofstra & half man/half-heat check Zack Cooks. The Cougar women scored a decisive, but very encouraging win over Howard. And Cougar football can cement their place in the AAC title game with a road win on Saturday, with only a struggling Temple Owls team standing between UH and a return to the AAC championship game.
