Brittany Smith is the mother of three children, one of whom is Emma. Emma was born with a metabolic disorder called MMA which meant that she needed a liver transplant at just 4 years old. Enter our second guest for this episode, Landis Erwin. Landis was able to give a part of her healthy liver to Emma and both are doing well.
