(and let's not forget his previous UNPRECEDENTED unilateral attempts, that were Unconstitutional on its face, but he did it anyway, it gets found clearly unconstitutional, yet we only act as though it was some kind of innocent mistake, instead of a deliberate grab for unprecedented power consolidation into one individual)

So what more IMPORTANT thing could our (actually) elected leaders do than oppose this???
