A 40-year development for one of the most prolific American film directors, Francis Ford Coppola’s $120 million self-financed Megalopolis has finally come to fruition. The story follows the city of New Rome in the main conflict between Cesar Catilina, a brilliant artist in favor of a utopian future, and the greedy mayor Franklyn Cicero. Between them is Julia Cicero, and her loyalty is divided between her father and her beloved.
