In this episode Richard talks with friend and business leader Paul Spence. Paul Spence is the Owner and CEO of The STI Group where he has served for the last 38 years. During his tenure and leadership with the company, the STI Group has grown from 75 employees to 1300. The STI group has expanded organically as well as through acquisitions from one fabrication company to a family of 8 different companies with over 7 different locations. He also serves on a variety of nonprofit boards. Paul is a graduate of Kirbyville High School as well as a 4 year technical trade school. He describes himself as a self taught entrepreneur.
