• Hebrews 4:12 = the word of God is ALIVE and ACTIVE
o Bible is living and always at work
o His word never comes back void, always accomplishes His purpose

2. Are you Alive and Active?
o 2 types of people in world – saved and lost
o Alive = born again, only 1 way to heaven
(John 14:6)
o Active = at work for Jesus
(James 1:22) – Be a “doer” of the word
