Michelle’s career in recruitment started in 1999 specialising in the legal sector. Since then she has covered a number of technical markets incluing Heavy Lift, Oil & Gas and Mining Equipment. She has worked on blue and white collar roles within the UK, EMEA, Asia, Australia and Russia & CIS. 

Michelle is well versed in building strategic and constructive relationships with candidates and clients and believes that first class customer service and open and honest communication is the most important element in building trust.
