The second episode of The Real Estate Colorado Clayton Cast features John Covert. John Covert, principal of Zonda Advisory, is a respected researcher and advisor for the home building industry with extensive experience in market strategy, feasibility studies and local economic trends.  He regularly meets and consults with many of the top companies in the industry and is a seasoned presenter and industry advocate.
Prior to joining Zonda, John has been involved in the areas of land use and telecommunications, as well as the City of Arvada Planning Office and the Parks & Recreation Planning office of the City & County of Denver.
John has a Bachelor’s Degree in land use and a MBA with an emphasis in marketing. John has served on the Board of Directors for the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver from 2006 to 2014. He currently sits on the HomeAid Colorado Board, is a committee member for the Colorado ULI Community Development Council, and member of the CSU Everitt Real Estate School Advisory Board.
