In this week's episode, Carol speaks to Lisa Barry and Helen Hill about the Raise word ANXIETY.

Lisa's daughter Grace is 11 and has just had her first book published to help other children with anxiety. It's about her personal slimeball anxiety monster called Jeff and how she keeps him quiet. Her illustrator Helen Hill brought this incredible concept to life and has now designed a workbook and workshops based on Jeff to help children and teachers with anxiety in schools.
