Building with Community to Advance Health Equity: What is a CIE?
Many communities across the country are considering the implementation of Community Information Exchanges, a model established by 211 San Diego, to advance community health. Local leaders in Marin, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, and Sonoma counties are exploring the design of equity-anchored CIE-inspired networks with the support of Health Leads, United Way Bay Area and Aliados Health.
