Today, I talk about how certain breathing exercises and anything in water should be kept separate and not forced. For your own safety and enjoyment. I've fainted, pushed too much, done breathing in water and made mistakes with my own practice over the last 8/9 years and I just want you to avoid those 'I've gone too far moments'. Push your practice incrementally. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, they were laying a brick at a time. Josh.
