Derek Sherinian, keyboardist for Sons of Apollo, Back Country Communion, and an incredible solo artist, has a new album due out on Sept. 18th called The Phoenix.  He joined the podcast to talk about the album, working with Simon Phillips, all the great guests featured on the album, and his days touring with Kiss and Alice Cooper.
