Chapter 1 is told through the eyes of a man named Garett, a young corporate professional in search of a sense of purpose and possibility.
After years of mundane corporate life, Garett takes an uncharacteristic chance when he accepts an offer to be part of a secret project in a foreign land known as Okablaya.
He knows very little about the land, and even less about the upcoming events of the trip, but there’s something inside urging him to go for it.
Upon landing, he meets Alakoa, a ‘wise-beyond-his-years’ mentor who offers unique perspectives on virtually everything, and challenges Garrett in unexpected ways.
Garett learns about the traditions of the Okablo people and is introduced to the power of The Primordial Code, suddenly sparking a desire to know more and unlock The Code within himself.
