Felix is the founder of African Foods, which operates in Nigeria. Its mission is to provide sufficient and adequate food in Africa. There are many people in Africa who require assistance, Felix says. Not only do Nigerians face food insecurity they also have other basic needs, like clean water and healthcare. These societal problems stem from many sources, such as limited economic opportunities, education, as well as corruption in government. People cannot secure jobs that offer them enough income to pay for their basic needs, Felix says. This often leads
to a cycle of poverty, and that’s why African Foods exists; to try to bridge the food gap for many families in Nigeria.
