In this week's episode we looked at the story of Joseph and how his gift landed him in a lot of trouble. Genesis 37:5 says " And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more."It is evident that Joseph was not liked by his brothers. In fact the hatred they had for Joseph fueled their actions to throw him in a pit, but that was the route the Lord intended for him. After many ordeals, Joseph still managed to forgive his brothers. This echoes the act of forgiveness throughout this week's podcast. Although forgiveness is not an easy feat, it is definitely required so that we do not delay our own progress. Forgiveness was never meant for the other party(ies). It is always for the one who is on the other side of the hurt, the ordeal, the offense.As you listen in this week, I pray you will be blessed.
