I've been a general manager for well over 20 years, and just when I was beginning to think I had this profession pretty well in hand, COVID-19 struck.  Just like that everything I thought I knew was not longer applicable.  My "old school" style of management was not longer going to work with this new post COVID workplace.  Employees that I've know for years were not longer willing to put forth the same level of effort, and how could I blame them?  There were some horrible policies that we were forced to work under all in the name of keeping the doors open. For this episode I sought HR Generalist Asia Corielle who shared some best practices for managing under these new rules of engagement.
