Nairobi is the ultimate stage of the national drama festival. I mean, look at the drama that is happening in this city. If your girlfriend does not have another boyfriend to do what you have failed to do as a boyfriend, she has a girlfriend to do what you can't do as a boyfriend. It is sad but it is true.

Little wonder that all top performers at schools drama and music festivals settle in this sin city. To finish what they started in school or if you are a keen observer, to play it at a bigger stage.

Nairobi is one big drama festival complete with a cheering squad in the name of a Tiktok whistling governor. You upscale the drama, he whistles. It is the greatest drama(pardon the repetition) of our lifetime.

For this reason, we talked about drama festivals. And what do you expect when clowns are gathered in a festival? Drama. We had the legendary Dan Aceda in studio. Or if we are being honest, we recorded at Dan Aceda's studio.

As you can already tell, the chief dramatic lead of the podcast Brian, had the most dramatic experience in his drama festival days.

Atieno had a phone going off in a dancehall ringtone while on stage performing an award winning piece.
