Healing does not have to be hard, and feeling your feelings can be fun.Even though this episode was harder for me than I thought it would be, I did it.  I pushed record.  I said the words out loud. There's something here, and now I get to watch it back. I get to hear what I said. I get to witness myself. I get to hear my own story from a different perspective, from my adult perspective. I get to believe myself.✨That's the magic of The Plumb Collective.
