The most important piece of any program is the roster. There is not team without a roster. Nothing happens without the roster in mind.
Make sure you always have an updated roster. communicate daily with other staff members to ensure the roster you have is correct. DO NOT ASSUME someone will take care of this for you! This is especially important during training camp.
