She is also the Department Chair for the Instructional Coaching Department, a consultant for the professional learning platform Sibme, a former co-president of Learning Forward Pennsylvania, and an author of various education-related articles, among many other accolades. Several years ago, Donna facilitated the design and implementation of a microcredentialing program for teachers within her school district.
