I sit down with Philly native Megan Green of MVG Naturals & The Crown Workshop.  Currently, Megan lives in Cape Town, South Africa so we discuss how traveling and living abroad have helped her get comfortable with discomfort.  FYI she has lived in LA, Portland and has studied abroad.  Megan has built her brand on the words Motivate, Vibe & Grow.  She drops major gems about how she has been able to motivate, vibe, and grow through the changes of life.  She has attributed all of her success to getting comfortable with discomfort. In addition, Megan shares her story about growing up in Philly and foster care and how she used those experiences to start the Crown Workshop.
