Episode Synopsis

Pastor Josh Linton, Sunday 2/20/2022
Just the same as we need physical eyes to see the natural. We need spiritual eyes to see the spiritual. Obtaining healthy Spiritual vision, however requires God to be at the center our life. When we're successful with this, things come into focus and we gain the clarity we're looking for.
Scripture Focus:
2 Kings 6:17, "And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha"
Amazing imagery, right? What we wouldn't give to know the size of the army standing with us when the trials of life overwhelm.
Navigating life can be difficult. Facing trials not knowing the end can be daunting. However, scripture tells us we don't have to live like that. When we dive in we find life with God at the center is meant to be different.
In our scripture focus we find a man who is in trouble, and Elisha a prophet of the Lord has gone to the Lord in prayer asking God to open the man's eyes that he may see. This process lays a pattern for us. In times of trouble we must be more focused than ever. As Elisha prayed, so must we.
Are you experiencing trouble in life? Are you struggling to find focus?
Join us as we explore 3 things that change when we put God at the center of our life.
