Today I'm interviewing the Executive Director and Founder of the Foundation 4 Orphans, Dr. Wayne Lavender. Dr. Lavander earned his doctoral degree from the School of Public Policy at George Mason University. Dr. Lavender and the F4O have created housing for homeless children in Mozambique and Iraq with intentions on expanding to Tanzania and The Democratic Republic of The Congo. In addition to founding and directing the F4O, Dr. Lavender is a United Methodist pastor and a professor at Quinnipiac University.
