Aligning with our creative flow requires both an intention and an opening or softening to the essence of who we are at a deep level.
It calls us to relax beyond the rigidity in which so many of use were brought up in, while still providing enough structure to keep up the momentum and not waste our energy. Through the harmonization with ourselves and with our feminine and masculine nature, we find flow - a state of ease and forward progress that feels "just right".
There is a sweet spot that we get to enjoy while recognizing that it is an ever-evolving refinement process of life.
