About the guest: Hector Carrasco MD, MPH, DrPH, received his medical degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Master in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Doctor of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
