Even though you may not know it, you are already communicating with Spirit on the Other Side. It is so common and natural that most people are not even aware that they are doing so. After listening to this episode my hope is that you will be able to understand the spontaneous, even perplexing thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and inexplicable understandings that you sometimes experience. You may think nothing of these things, but it could very well be a lost loved one trying to let you know that they are with you and that you are in fact not crazy, that you are just aware of the spirit world.
