Cult icon Daniel Johnston joins us from Austin, TX to talk about his life, music and art.  Daniel was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and Bipolar.  Since the early 80's he's been making these musical recordings on a boombox alone in his basement.  They are extremely well done and shades of genius are evident in his music.  He became famous after being featured on MTV, then later after it was revealed that Kurt Cobain was a huge fan of his work.
