Palmyra Atoll Murders (1974): This isolated and complex case involved the disappearance and murder of Malcolm and Eleanor Graham, who were sailing their yacht, the "Sea Wind," in the Pacific. Another couple, Buck Walker and Stephanie Stearns, later arrived in Hawaii aboard the Grahams' yacht. Years later, Eleanor Graham's remains were discovered on Palmyra Atoll. Walker was convicted of her murder, while Stearns was acquitted.
