Two little words. Six letters. One space. 
It's amazing how such a small thing can make such a huge impact in one's life. The universe has been serving up these two little words to me over the past few weeks and she has been relentless in wanting me to pay attention. 
Well, I am finally paying attention. 
And guess what? These two words are brings such clarity and reality into my life right now. The reality is we can be grieving and yet still feel happy. The reality is we can have regrets and yet still be grateful that it happened. The reality is we can fail and yet still be proud.
Clearly, life is both.
