You Are No Good With People!
Don't accept limiting beliefs from others.

He also learnt that a sales hire was not performing, because he just dod not have:
no processes
collateral
guidance in place.
Another problem he faced was keeping staff. Every misstep costs him multiple £10,000 +, lost goals, lost sleep, and strained relationships. This is something Alexis learnt by putting the right processes in place.
