Bia is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, chakra coach, soul work facilitator, and reiki practitioner. She embodies deep wisdom on healing through not only her training but life experience. She is celebrating 8 years clean from heroin and focuses on guiding others to work through their obstacles in this rollercoaster of life. She has a gift for helping people view their anxiety as their superpower and begin taking control of their own lives.

Bia also empowers women to feel beautiful inside and out through her esthetician and energy work services at Bia's Beauty Bar in Buffalo, New York.
