I don't know about you, but when I actually buckle down and do my skin care routine I feel like the rest of my day is completed with more intention. And that feels great! However, when first looking into creating a routine it was completely overwhelming! There are so many products out there, as well as many brands to choose from. So, for today's episode I sit down with guest Emily Bruce! She shares some amazing insight to brands, creating a routine, and overall skin health. 
Emily Bruce is a Licensed Esthetician and Masters Level Social Worker based in Denver, CO. Emily currently works as a Full-Time Medical Social Worker and also owns and operates her own esthetics business. Commonly referred to as “the Skin Therapist” Emily supports people in all walks-of-life to achieve healthy skin from the inside out. When she is not in skin studio or the medical clinic, you can find Emily curled up watching Bravo or reading Brenee Brown’s newest self-help book.
