In this episode, I share something that I been wanting to share for some time. This is a concept I believe is causing much turmoil and a decrease in mental health. This is living life to where you let the mind lead you throughout this process. Don't get me wrong, we need the mind to learn, grow and evolve but in this information era, we have depended all on the mind and forgotten the power of the heart. In this episode, I share the power of the heart and why it is critical at this time where humanity is, to start to shift their mind-led focused life and turn it over to a heart-centered focused life. The mind makes things black and white while the heart is what gives color to the world.
