Michaela Pereira meets up with Rhonda Harper - who after experiencing the lack of diversity in professional surfing, created Black Girls Surf to break barriers, and open up possibilities for young people of color to enter the sport. Now a decade later, Coach Rho as she is known, has expanded her reach to include other water sports and has gone international. She works with Black Athletes from around the world as they pursue athletic excellence. In fact, two of her athletes are bound for the summer games in Paris this summer!
