Episode Synopsis
Sleep architecture does change with age but inability to sleep does not automatically follow. In this episode we explore the normal physiology of sleep in older adults, the common conditions associated with old age that may lead to disrupted sleep and specific sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnoea and REM sleep disorders.
